here's what i'm gonna do: a post per day during the month of september. doesn't have to be profound, witty or even mildly amusing. just get 'er done.
on task for today:
petco for dog food
best buy for a camera in order to commemorate mckid's first day of kindergarten with something other than a cell phone.
go to annual street fair for tons of food, fun, irish music and maybe a brew or two.
think about getting earthquake insurance. yep, we had a little shaker just now. woo.

An earthquake? Skeeery!! Was it bad? What's it like? I've never been in one and they fascinate me. (but not as much as tornadoes...I SO want to see one one day as long as it doesn't injure or kill me, lol)
blondie, growing up in CA has made earthquakes no biggie for me...unless they're are a real biggie. whenever one happens, i do the ....wait....wait...to see if it's going to stop or get bigger. luckily they've been small..

BTW: You don't have earthquake insurance?? If you get it, you know there will never be another quake. Too bad you don't live closer.

Let me echo Mr. Althouse in saying that a post a day is very ambitious. However, anything you write is worth reading, so yes, I will be stopping by.
You really should get earthquake insurance - it will indeed guarantee that you will never need it.
Now please, tell me to stop agreeing with whatever HE says. I really, need someone to tell me ot stop doing that...
